Can I combine different services?

Yes. Combine administration, bookkeeping, CRM, project coordination, automation, documents, travel, content, and design within your allocated hours and agreed skill match. Ongoing social media, digital marketing, and website support require Full Day or a separately agreed specialist scope.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Monthly hours are reserved for your business and do not roll over. We track time and share activity reports so you can see how the allocation is being used.

What does the 14-day fit guarantee cover?

If the working arrangement is not a good fit in your first 14 days, tell us in writing. We will work to resolve the issue or match you with another assistant at no additional replacement cost. This is a fit and replacement commitment, not a money-back promise.

Working together

How soon can we start?

Most engagements start within one to two weeks of the discovery call, once the scope, assistant match, agreement, and access arrangements are in place. We confirm your start date in the proposal.

Which time zones do you support?

We agree a working window around your needs and the assigned assistant’s availability. This can align with Eastern, Central, Pacific, or another client time zone. Your proposal confirms the working days, time zone, overlap, and holiday arrangements; support is not automatically available around the clock.

Who will do the work?

You work with a dedicated assistant matched to the agreed task list and tools. Meet the person supporting you during onboarding. Specialist requests are reviewed separately so the scope reflects the skills and capacity actually available.

What happens if my assistant is away?

We discuss coverage and handoff arrangements with you. Planned leave and changes to your working window are communicated in advance; the engagement proposal sets out any agreed backup coverage.

Can you help with a one-off project?

Yes. Examples include a CRM cleanup, a documented workflow, or an automation setup. We review the work, required skills, deliverables, and price before agreeing a project.
