Fidura buyer guide

Virtual assistant cost: hourly or monthly?

Compare the rate, included hours, specialist scope, and approval process—not just a headline price.

How much does a virtual assistant cost at Fidura?

Fidura services start from USD 11 per hour. Flex is billed hourly with a minimum of 20 hours per month. Part Time and Full Day are monthly plans with fixed hour allocations. All figures below are in USD and describe Fidura’s plans, rather than an industry-wide average.

When does hourly support make sense?

Hourly support can suit a smaller recurring workload or demand that changes. Estimate the work realistically and include time for clarification, coordination, and review. Fidura’s Flex plan is charged at USD 11 for each hour, subject to the monthly minimum; it is not a fixed monthly package price.

A monthly allocation may fit a steadier routine. Part Time provides 80 hours for USD 749 per month. Full Day provides 160 hours for USD 1,299 per month and is Fidura’s best-value plan for ongoing support. The allocation is spread across an agreed schedule, rather than guaranteeing the same number of hours every weekday.

What changes the scope you need?

Consider the task volume, tools, skill level, working window, and approval process. Inbox and calendar support differ from building an integration or managing an ongoing marketing workflow. More available hours do not automatically mean every specialist task is included.

Core administrative and operational services can be combined within agreed hours and skills. Ongoing social media, digital marketing, and website support require Full Day or a separately agreed specialist scope. Read the service descriptions and discuss the deliverables before choosing a plan.

How to compare virtual assistant proposals

  • Compare the billing unit: an hourly rate and a monthly price describe different commitments.
  • Check the minimum hours, included hours, and treatment of unused time.
  • Agree working days, time-zone overlap, and arrangements for absence.
  • Identify specialist tasks, subscriptions, or additional work that require a separate quote.
  • Check reporting, review points, access controls, and notice terms.

Use the same task list when comparing proposals. A lower headline rate is not a useful comparison if the scope, availability, or required skills differ. Use the hiring guide to prepare that task list.

What should you know about billing and changes?

Fidura’s first invoice is due on receipt and must be paid in advance at onboarding. Monthly invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. Unused monthly plan hours do not roll over. Additional hours and rates must be quoted and approved before work begins.

Plans run month to month. Plan changes and cancellation require 30 days’ written notice. These notice terms are separate from invoice due dates. Read the full engagement terms and ask us to clarify anything before confirming your scope.
